We are Leaven.

Matthew 13:33 - “The kingdom of heaven is like leaven which a woman took and hid in 3 measures of flour until the whole was leavened.”

Gaudium et Spes 40 - “She [the Church] serves as a leaven and as a kind of soul for human society as it is to be renewed in Christ and transformed into God's family.”

  • We are a Catholic men’s wellness company, the first of its kind, set apart for Christ and driven by the mission of transforming the world into God’s family (Gaudium et Spes 40). We hold an eternal perspective and treat holistic health not as an end or the answer to our human longings, but instead, a mode for greater revival, holiness, and vocational fire. We are a company that prizes order and who recognizes that the body is a poor companion which serves the truer wellbeing of the soul.

Renewal of the world begins with renewal of man. That is why Leaven has embarked upon this journey. By cultivating masculine health, body and spirit, we choose to live radically and thus become potent agents charged with the power to resurrect a dead world and renew it in Christ.

  • At Leaven, we believe in keeping things simple. In an age marked by confusion and toxicity, the answer is not found in novelty but in a return to our ancient roots as men. By removing the impediments that hinder our physical and spiritual wellbeing and renewing ourselves in traditional practices, we can—through the grace of Christ—begin to restore what has been ruptured by sin. Hence, the three-fold approach: remove, renew, restore.

These principles are embodied in the Rule of Leaven, the backbone of our company and the framework for the foundational men’s wellness program.

  • We work with all men—priests and husbands, fathers and sons, the young and the old. You. Each man carries a great calling in Christ. Through Leaven, put off the old man and become a new creation. Rise with him.
